However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the video and audio content, nor do we claim ownership. We simply act as a reseller for various providers. Please note that the channels and video-on-demand of any package may be changed or removed without notice.

Our responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed period. To provide proof of activation, we send a screenshot showing the expiry date to the customer’s registered email address. Please note that one subscription equals one connection, and any attempt to use more than one device per subscription may result in permanent termination.

To ensure correct activation, customers are required to provide information about their device, such as type, model and application used, as well as their MAC where applicable. If this information is not provided, we will send the subscription in m3u format, which cannot be modified.

It is important to note that our suppliers occasionally carry out maintenance operations on their servers, which may result in buffering, freezing or non-functioning of content. These problems are normal for any IPTV service, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand how IPTV works.

CANCELLATION/WAITING FOR SERVICE
You do not need to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or put it on hold. Your use of a subscription is cancelled or put on hold once you have reached the end of your current subscription term. No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.

INSURANCE
TV SMARTERS provides no insurance for any service.

CONTENT AND OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES
The offering of each package may vary and we may add or delete a service without notice. TV SMARTERS is only a carrier of services. Your payment is processed through Paypal, Stripe or TransferWise payment gateways, which are among the most secure ways to pay online.
