REFUND POLICY
At iptv smarters channels , we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or commercial questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel that the service you purchased does not meet your needs and you have tried to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
While we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a partial refund within 3 days of your purchase date. If the 3 days have passed and you have a problem, you can contact us at any time via the WhatsApp SUPPORT number or via the Contact Us page to resolve your issue.
Once you have requested a refund, you cannot re-subscribe to our service at any time in the future.
Refund request
Follow the steps below to have your refund request sent to us:

- Provide your username and the email address you used to purchase our services.
- Include your invoice number.
- Please note that the refund will only be partial: we will deduct the price from the number of days used ($2 per day).
- Payment will be made using the same payment method you used.
